Shipment
Deliveries in Italy are made by TRACO. Worldwide deliveries are made by FedEx . In case of strikes or other events, Mayroway can ship via other couriers.
Where we ship
We ship all over the world except the Russian Federation. For orders placed in Italy it is possible to ship only within the Italian territory. For orders placed in the European Union (excluding Italy) and in non-Cee countries, it is possible to select one of the countries of the covered geographical area as the destination.
Delivery time
Deliveries in Italy and in Europe Mayroway delivery in Italy and the European Union in approximately 1-3 working days for orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11.59 pm (no delivery on Saturdays). For islands, underserved locations and remote areas, delivery can take place in approximately 3-5 working days.
In non-EEC countries, delivery times may vary from 1 to 5 working days depending on the place of destination and customs. We remind you that it is not possible to make returns or exchanges for Extra-Cee orders. For more details on returns, visit the "RETURNS" section on our website.
During the days of the Black Friday promotion, shipments may be delayed.
Customs duties
For shipments outside the EU and Brexit countries, import duties are charged to the customer.
Tracking the order
You can check the status of your shipment on the dashboard of your registration account. After processing your payment order the status is "Complete" and you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you do not receive the email, try to check the "spam" box as well or contact our Customer Service .
Shipping address
In order to ensure correct delivery times, we ask you to fill in all required blanks for the shipping address. We ask you to enter the name of the company, offices or public activities and their opening hours when it is not a home delivery. Packaging damaged or tampered with
Mayroway is not responsible for any delay or damage of the products. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, we ask you to refuse the delivery or, possibly, to sign the reservation of control. It is strongly recommended to take a picture of the packaging, after and before opening it. If your products are damaged, contact the Courier (for shipments to Italy TNT number: 199,803,868 and for Europe and the world DHL of the covered area) and Customer Service at the following email address: INFO@MAYROWAY.COM
Other information
In case of refusal of delivery, or in case of impossibility to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable to Mayroway, the shipping costs for the delivery and return of the goods and customs duties will be deducted from the refund. FedEx / TRACO provides for a second delivery attempt if the recipient is absent. After this second attempt, your order will be stored in the closest warehouse. In the absence of the recipient, the courier will send a message with a telephone number to arrange a new delivery or collection at the warehouse. Warehouse costs may be charged to the customer if the delivery cannot be made due to the customer's fault.
Christmas delivery
Delivery by Christmas for orders placed before 11.59 pm on December 22nd. For shipments to Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia and other islands by 11.59 pm on December 19th.
If your order is not delivered by Christmas, due to some forwarding issues, Mayroway will refund shipping charges or offer free shipping on your next order.
